To cancel and reschedule please call or text us 925-332-8235 at least 4 hours ahead to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge for members, you can always cancel or reschedule at 24Bayride.com/mybooking. Non-Airport Pickups (From Your Home/Other Locations)We provide a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time.An extra charge will apply for waiting time beyond this 15-minute grace period. General Policies for SFO, OAK, and SJC: All three airports (SFO, OAK, SJC) provide free cell phone waiting lots where drivers can wait until their passenger is ready for curbside pickup. Important: Please avoid waiting in the bus stop or crosswalk.Curbside Pick-up: Curbsides are for active passenger pick-up and drop-off only. Vehicles are not allowed to wait at terminal curbside or on airport roadways. Parked or unattended vehicles at curbsides will be subject to a fine. Passengers should be at the curbside and ready for pickup before the vehicle arrives. 24 Bay Ride Specific Policies: ( For airport pickups only)Extra Charge for Peak Hours: From 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, an extra charge will apply depending on traffic, between $20-$50 maximum.Free Waiting Time up to 45 minutes.Domestic Flights: 30 minutes free of charge from the original booking time. Extra charges will apply after this period.International Flights: 45 minutes free of charge from the original booking time. Extra charges will apply after this period.Flight Monitoring: While our services monitor flight arrival times, it's always advisable for passengers to communicate with their driver, especially if there are significant delays or changing the flight.Failure to notify us in advance about a flight change or cancellation will result in a charge in full amount.  Child Seats: 24 Bay Ride provides car seats and boosters for children for free.Gratuity: A 20% gratuity is required. Reservations are not the responsibility of 24 Bay Ride, if they are not made directly through the official website or by calling or texting  925-332-8235. Thank you for ridding with 24 Bay Ride.
